Villa Sol is a beautiful family villa, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The villa features three comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a jacuzzi, and a large heated swimming pool (5.0m x 12.5m) with a jet stream (heating available at an additional cost). For extra fun, there is also a trampoline. Situated on a spacious 1,600 m² plot, this villa offers plenty of space and privacy.

Completely renovated in 2022, Villa Sol is equipped with all modern comforts. Soak up the Portuguese sun on one of the sun loungers on the spacious terrace or find shade in the beautifully landscaped garden, filled with lush greenery and stunning trees. The lovely covered dining area with a large table is perfect for enjoying long summer evenings.

With underfloor heating throughout, Villa Sol is not only a great summer retreat but also an ideal winter getaway. The villa is perfectly located, just 1 km from the beach and the charming center of Carvoeiro.

Rental conditions

Requirements
The rental price includes the use of water, electricity, WiFi, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise) and maintenance of the swimming pool and garden.

Deposit
A deposit is required before arrival, along with the second down payment of 70%. You are also requested to pay a deposit of 500 euros. This deposit will be returned upon departure if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment for any incurred damage may also be required.

Payment
When booking, you will receive the rental contract. The reservation is only final after payment of 30% of the rental fee. The remaining amount, including the above-mentioned deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist Tax
Up to a maximum of seven nights, all guests aged 13 years or older will be charged. The following rates will be applied:
- Low season (November 1 to March 31): 1 euro per night per person
- High season (April 1 to October 31): 2 euros per night per person
Please note: the tourist tax is not included in your reservation request. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an invoice in which the tourist tax is included in the total rental amount. This will be stated separately on the invoice.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. If canceled up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental fee.
b. If canceled less than 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You can move into the accommodation after 4 p.m. and must leave the accommodation before 10 a.m. This is in connection with the cleaning schedule for the accommodation.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents during your stay in Portugal, in and around the accommodation, caused by any circumstances.

Others
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance. Upon arrival, the host will be present for reception.
