The charming villa, recently renovated (2024), is located in the family-friendly park Quinta do Paraiso. It is an ideal residence for lovers of the sea and beautiful landscapes. Surrounded by trees and enjoying a lot of privacy, the villa offers a pleasant atmosphere. The beach is within walking distance. Directly from the villa you can enjoy beautiful walks along the coast.

The villa is cleverly laid out with a spacious and bright living room including open kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with wonderful beds and a neutral, relaxing decor. With a floor in soft tones, the entire house exudes a relaxing ambiance. The spacious terrace with covered veranda is the centerpiece. The terrace is complete with a long dining table, a BBQ, a cozy seating area and a large swimming pool that is beautifully illuminated in the evening.

Located in the picturesque town of Carvoeiro, this villa is ideal for family holidays. Carvoeiro beach and the village center are just a 750 meter walk away, while Caneiros beach is a 9-minute drive away and the beaches of Marinha and Benagil are 15 minutes away. The property offers a private pool, terrace with sea views, lush gardens, private parking, air conditioning and free WiFi. The villa has 3 bedrooms, a living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Outside you will find a dining area, comfortable lounge sofas to relax in the shade of various trees and sun beds by the pool.

Algarve - Carvoeiro

Carvoeiro began as a fishing village and has thus retained its traditional charm. The name "Carvoeiro" comes from the Portuguese word "carvão" (coal), referring to fishermen who used charcoal to smoke fish.

Within a short distance, you will find supermarkets such as Pingo Doce and Intermarché (within 2 km), numerous restaurants, and bars in the village center. Praia de Carvoeiro is a beautiful beach just 500 meters from the village center. Another alternative is Algar Seco: a unique rock formation with caves and natural pools, only 1 km away. Fort of São João do Arade is a historic fort from the 17th century, located 3 km away.

Additionally, enjoy the natural areas of Carvoeiro, such as the "Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina," a protected natural reserve about 50 km away with pristine beaches and coastal hiking trails. Another beautiful park is the "Parque Natural da Ria Formosa," a natural reserve with lagoons and islands located about 60 km away.

The international airport of Faro, located approximately 60 kilometers away, is the nearest airport to Carvoeiro.

Rental conditions

Conditions
The rental price includes the use of WiFi, air conditioning, water and electricity (including washing bed linen, etc., maintenance of the swimming pool and garden). The use of heating (warm air conditioning) is not included. The rental price is calculated on the indicated number of people.

Payment
When booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining amount must be paid, including deposit, 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal. The reservation is only final after a deposit of 30%.

Tourist tax
Up to a maximum of seven nights, all guests 13 years or older will be charged. The following costs will be charged:
- Low season, November 1 to March 31: 1 euro per night per person
- High season, April 1 to October 31: 2 euros per night per person
Please note: the tourist tax is not counted during your reservation request. After your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice in which the tourist tax is included in the total rental amount. This is stated separately on the invoice.

Deposit
With the 2nd payment you will be charged an amount of €500. If no damage has been caused by you, this will be sent to your registered number within 7 days. In the event of damage, part of the whole is retained, while at the same time additional payment for any defective damage is required.

Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
A. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rental price.
B. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can partially leave the villa after 4 p.m. and must leave the villa before 10 a.m.; this is due to the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) accept no liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around Villa 31A caused by any circumstances whatsoever.

We recommend that you take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
Upon arrival, the host is present for reception.
