About Quinta Romanzeira l Beautiful holiday home

Quinta Romanzera, a new authentic and comfortable Portuguese house for 2 + 2 persons, is located in the beautiful landscape of the Algarve. The owner has transformed the old ruin into a beautiful residence, with a spacious and attractive interior, where you become small by nature, charming villages and the sea 20 minutes away.

Quinta Romanzeira has been carefully restored with its characteristic white walls on the outside. The house is tastefully decorated in detail with wooden furniture, old floor, art and beautiful materials. There are 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and the upstairs bedroom has two single beds. The stairs to the top are equipped with a gate for the little sleepers. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and luxurious towels. In the living room with open kitchen and dining table you have a view of the garden and the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals. Set the table under the porch and enjoy the real Portuguese life.

Outside you will find the covered patio with dining table and the swimming pool with sundeck. The spacious swimming pool of 4 by 10 meters is equipped with a paddling pool. You will probably spend a lot of time in the garden with inviting sun beds. If you prefer to lie on the beach, you can stand with your feet in the sand within 20 minutes at one of the many beaches with impressive rock formations.

Geweldig huis, mooie locatie, brand new Alarm bij binnentreden drama. Was nergens beschreven hoe en wat. Fijn huis, met twee personen gebruikt. Wellicht kingsize bed overwegen beneden. Terras en zwembad perfect, Ligbedden best hard door dun ligbed kussen. Fantastische accomodatie!

Fantastische week!

We hebben een fantastische week gehad in dit prachtige luxe verblijf. Heerlijke bedden, mooi groot zwembad, prachtig beschut terras.

Zeer complete keuken, meer dan voldoende servies en keukenbenodigdheden.Kortom aan alles is gedacht.

Het huis is zeer sfeervol ingericht, je voelt je er onmiddellijk thuis.

De ligging op een half uurtje afstand van Faro airport en 20 minuten van de prachtige stranden is ook heel fijn. Wij komen hier zeker terug.

Fijn verblijf gehad in een schitterende villa

Afgelopen mei was het voor mij de tweede keer dat ik bij Portugal Villas een huis had gehuurd. Een goed bedrijf met persoonlijk advies en fijne communicatie. Bij aankomst kom je ook nog eens in een prachtige villa terecht. Het huis waar ik in verbleef voor een week was van alle gemakken voorzien en je ziet dat het met liefde is gebouwd en ingericht. Het gaf een huiselijke sfeer en daardoor durfde ik voor de eerste keer in mijn leven in mijn eentje op vakantie! Dat wil dus al wat zeggen ;-) Kortom: top verblijf gehad en ik ga zeker nog eens een huis reserveren bij Portugal Villas.

Algarve - Boliqueime

The small town of Boliqueime, situated in the heart of the Algarve, is ideal if you want to explore various Portuguese villages and cities or visit one of the many beaches. In this village, you will find small cobbled streets, a white church, and charming restaurants and bars.

On the coast, you will discover picture-perfect beaches with impressive rock formations, caves, and cliffs. There are many lovely beaches and coves in the immediate vicinity, separated by rocks but connected by coastal paths.

There are beautiful places along the coast that are definitely worth a visit, such as Loulé (13 km), a historic town with cozy streets lined with boutique shops, delightful restaurants, and a massive market hall filled with fresh produce. Also, Olhão (37 km), a small fishing village, is definitely worth a visit.

Faro Airport is a 30-minute drive away. Within a 40-minute drive is the protected natural area of Ria Formosa, a 60-kilometer-long lagoon with a maze of islands, white beaches, and dunes featuring native plants and wildlife. Here, you can not only enjoy excellent hiking but also spot animals or go for a bike ride.

Additionally, there are spectacular beaches and coves where you can often enjoy the view all by yourself.

Rental conditions

Conditions
The rental price includes the use of WiFi, air conditioning, water and electricity (including washing bed linen, etc., maintenance of the swimming pool and garden). Not included is the use of the underfloor heating (warm air conditioning).

Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required upon booking. The remaining amount must be paid, including a deposit, 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.
The reservation is only final after payment of 30%.

Deposit
With the 2nd payment you will be requested to pay an amount of € 500. If no damage has been caused by you, this will be returned to your bank account within 7 days. In the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, and additional payment of any damage incurred is also required.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rent.
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can move into the villa after 4 p.m. and must leave the villa before 10 a.m.; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents etc. during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around Quinta Romanzeira caused by whatever circumstances.

Other
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
Upon arrival, the host is present for reception.
