About Casa Vista | Elegant stay near the coast

Casa Vista is a recently completed, stylish semi-detached house, located in the picturesque valley near the fishing village of Ferragudo. It offers the peace and comfort of stylish modern living.

The holiday home is spacious and accommodates up to six guests, making it ideal for a family vacation or a cozy stay with friends. There are three comfortable bedrooms with luxurious twin beds and high-quality linens, as well as two modern bathrooms. The property features a fully equipped kitchen, and the living and dining areas provide a welcoming space with views of the valley, complete with a smart TV and a Marshall sound system. Each room has air conditioning for a comfortable stay all year round.

Casa Vista also provides access to excellent shared facilities. The architecturally landscaped garden with a variety of plants is well maintained. The communal swimming pool, an infinity pool, is less than 100 meters away and is surrounded by sun loungers and showers. Additionally, there is a fitness room available. The complex is secure, with fencing, guarded access, and a 24/7 reception service. Parking is convenient with private spaces for each home.

The surroundings of Casa Vista offer a wide range of opportunities. Within a few minutes’ drive, you’ll find some of the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches, such as Praia Grande, Caneiros, and Praia da Rocha. The villages of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo are 5 and 8 minutes away by car, respectively. For golf enthusiasts, renowned golf courses are just 2–3 kilometers away. In the immediate area, you can find various restaurants, terraces, and clubs, as well as beautiful walking and cycling routes along the cliffs and through the Monchique mountains.

Rental conditions

Terms & Conditions
The rental price includes the use of air conditioning, WiFi, water and electricity, and the washing of bed linen.

Payment
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining amount, together with the security deposit, must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival in Portugal.
The reservation is only confirmed after payment of 30% of the rental amount.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the rental agreement by the renter(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental amount.
b. Cancellation from 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Security Deposit
At the time of the second payment of 70%, you will be asked to pay a security deposit of €300. This will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days, provided no damage has been caused by you.
In case of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld. Any additional payment for damages incurred will also be required.

Check-in and Check-out
You may check in after 16:00, and the accommodation must be vacated before 10:00; this is to allow for cleaning of the property.

Liability
Portugalvillas / the owner(s) accept no liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc., during your stay in Portugal, particularly in and around the accommodation, regardless of the circumstances.

Other
We advise you to take out adequate travel and cancellation insurance.
By making your booking and subsequent payment of the rental price, you agree to the above terms and conditions and the general rental terms of Portugalvillas.
