About Casa Trinidade | Quietly located resort villa

Holiday house with 4 bedrooms, ideal for all year round, situated in a quiet location. Beautiful outdoor area with garden and swimming pool where you can relax. Perfect location for very pleasant walking and exploring over the cliffs and along the coast. About 5 minutes walking distance from the Carvoeiro Tennis + Padel Club and the gym.

Within a few minutes drive are Carvoiro and Ferragudo, 2 attractive fishing villages with recommended restaurants in different price categories. There are also several golf courses and well-known Algarve beaches in the area.

This two story house offers fantastic outdoor spaces. These include a beautiful garden, a swimming pool (pool heating at extra cost), a furnished terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a cozy lounge corner. In short, the house is ideal for a relaxing holiday and to fully enjoy the warm days and evenings.

The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, three with a double bed and one with two single beds, 4 bathrooms (3 with shower, 1 with bath and (separate shower). One of the bedrooms is located on the first floor with its own en-suite bathroom and a small terrace with a view of the sea in the distance.A living and dining room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen.with a dining area and a recreation room with a fireplace.The interior is stylish and specially designed, with underfloor heating in the kitchen and the bedroom and bathroom upstairs, the other rooms have air conditioning.

Carvoeiro Clube is one of the most renowned resorts in the Algarve, with each individually designed villa having its own private garden and swimming pool. It is perfectly located near the village of Carvoeiro and some of the best beaches in Europe. Guests of the Carvoeiro Clube resort can benefit from the nearby sports club and facilities of Carvoeiro Clube de Ténis.

Wat een heerlijk huis! Aan alles is gedacht! Fantastisch zwembad en tuin met vele plekjes waar je lekker kan zitten, om de 2 dagen wordt het huis schoongemaakt inclusief nieuwe handdoeken, bedden zijn heerlijk. Mooie stranden en leuke restaurantjes in de buurt. Alles op een paar minuten afstand met de auto.

Algarve - Carvoeiro

Carvoeiro began as a fishing village and has thus retained its traditional charm. The name "Carvoeiro" comes from the Portuguese word "carvão" (coal), referring to fishermen who used charcoal to smoke fish.

Within a short distance, you will find supermarkets such as Pingo Doce and Intermarché (within 2 km), numerous restaurants, and bars in the village center. Praia de Carvoeiro is a beautiful beach just 500 meters from the village center. Another alternative is Algar Seco: a unique rock formation with caves and natural pools, only 1 km away. Fort of São João do Arade is a historic fort from the 17th century, located 3 km away.

Additionally, enjoy the natural areas of Carvoeiro, such as the "Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina," a protected natural reserve about 50 km away with pristine beaches and coastal hiking trails. Another beautiful park is the "Parque Natural da Ria Formosa," a natural reserve with lagoons and islands located about 60 km away.

The international airport of Faro, located approximately 60 kilometers away, is the nearest airport to Carvoeiro.

Rental conditions

Rental conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, air conditioning and electricity (including washing bed linen, etc., maintenance of the swimming pool and garden), and the use of WiFi internet. The price does not include the use of central heating, pool heating and electricity in the winter months. The rental price is calculated for a maximum of 8 people.

Deposit
Payment of deposit before arrival, with the 2nd deposit of 30% you are requested to pay the deposit of 500 euros. This will be returned upon departure if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, and additional payment will also be required for any damage that may have occurred.

Payment
When booking you will receive the rental contract, confirmation and directions. The reservation is only final after a deposit of 30% of the rent. The remaining amount must be paid, including the aforementioned deposit, 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist tax
Up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights, all guests aged 13 or older will be charged. These costs can be paid at the park reception during check-in. The following costs will be charged:
Low season, November 1 to March 31: 1 euro per night per person
High season, April 1 to October 31: 2 euros per night per person

Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rental price.
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can enter the villa after 4:00 PM and must leave the villa before 10:00 AM; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) accept no liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal, in and around Casa Diamante caused by any circumstances whatsoever.
