Best stay ever!

Amazing house and garden. Very beautiful pool and lounge areas, extremely quiet surrounding, best views at nice hills and the Atlantic ocean. Rooms are decorated with love. Sleeping rooms with nice color concepts and very comfortable beds. Very well equipped kitchen. Great bathrooms. Also an uncomplicated booking process and nice people for support during our stay. We felt safe and happy all the time and will be happy to come back.

Prachtig huis!

Rental conditions

Conditions
The rental price includes the use of WiFi, air conditioning, water and electricity (including washing bed linen, etc., maintenance of the swimming pool and garden).

Payment
When booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining amount must be paid, including deposit, 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal. The reservation is only final after a 30% deposit has been paid.

Deposit
Payment of deposit before arrival, with the 2nd deposit of 70% you are requested to pay the deposit of 300 euros.
If no damage has been caused by you, this will be returned to your bank account after 7 days, or in the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, or additional payment for any damage may be required.

Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rental price b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can enter the villa after 4:00 PM and must leave the villa before 10:00 AM; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) accept no liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around Casa 101 Monte Secodo caused by any circumstances whatsoever.
